SHIPPING

So you have placed your order and fallen in love with your new product, you now want it quick and we will get it to you quick! We produce everything ourselves in our purpose built manufacturing warehouse and so can ensure we will dispatch most new products within 3-5 days.

 

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Please note personalised products are designed printed to order. All personalised mats are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the content or spelling, at which point we will replace your product.

Personalised items require 3-5 days in the artwork stage and then 8-10 days in production so can take up to 18 working days to arrive. Please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific date.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND FEES

We ship from the UK so if you have placed an order and require international shipping there may be import charges to pay. The country you live in may or may not impose import duty or taxes on items shipped from abroad. This varies by country and is not something we have control over.

If you have any questions about this, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.

 

LOGISTICS

Delivery times are only an estimate and sometimes unforeseen delays may occur in transit which are beyond our control, couriers cannot guarantee delivery times. We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics company. We are working with our delivery partners to ensure all products are delivered in a prompt manner but there may be exceptions that are out of our control.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We work hard to provide our customer with the highest possible quality and service but in the unlikely event you receive a product that is either incorrect or damaged, you can return your item within 14 days and we will replace your product. If the product is damaged upon receipt from the courier the product must be signed for as damaged and we are to be made aware within 24 hours of the delivery time, we will then require the product shipping back to us to carry out our checks. Failure to comply will result in the exchange being void. You must arrange shipping for the return of the product and upon inspection we will refund you £5.00 in delivery charges.
